Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds/Cancellations

As all our products are handmade and customizable, We do not offer refunds or cancellations unless the order has not yet been started. In rare instances where a cancellation or refund is mutually agreed upon, a fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply if digital proofs or materials have already been purchased.

Returns

​

Returns are only possible if explicitly agreed upon and postage must be covered by the buyer. Each case is evaluated individually. If you have confirmed the designs, colors, special requests, and measurements, redoing your order will incur an additional fee, and shipping will be your responsibility. However, if an error is made on our part, We will correct it at free charge.

Return Conditions

 

Approved returns must be in like-new condition, without alterations, dirt, hair, etc. Items not in new condition will not qualify for a refund or return, or a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered if we provide a shipping label. If you purchase your own postage, we cannot reimburse the cost. Customers preview and approve designs before ordering, ensuring satisfaction with the final product. Due to the nature of the shop, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders or Items on sale

Defective Items

​

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of recieving your order. We will replace the item once the defective item is returned to us. All items are handmade, so minor imperfections may occur, adding to the unique character of each product.

Order Confirmation and Time Frames

To confirm an order, payment must be received first. No work will commence without payment and detailed order specifications. As for time frames, there is no exact delivery date. While we take the shop seriously, it is not our full-time job, and workload can be affected by our primary jobs and health. Generally, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 weeks, depending on stock and current order volume. You will be able to keep updated with the order tracker provided as well as some updates from us. If you need your order by a specific date or for a particular occasion, please inform us so we can try to accommodate your request (this goes with an extra fee).

Additional Policies

We love custom orders! If you are indecisive, let us know what you’re looking for, and we will do our best to accommodate your wants. When we handle the digitising or design of any custom content (such as patches, leashes wrap, vests, etc.), Eclipse Gear retains rights over all such creations. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to ordering, we reserve the right to reuse any content created for your order in other projects. This includes any layout templates provided for reference that influence the final product. By purchasing from Eclipse Gear, you agree that the final design created by Eclipse Gear is our property, and we may use any part of the design for other customers. If you prefer a commissioned piece exclusive to you, the pricing will be significantly higher (Different fee add-on, depending on design details).

Eclipse Gear is not liable for any injury or loss caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of our products.

For any custom requests

​

After purchasing, please provide any specific guidance you might have on the desired look of your gear. Your purchase price includes one theme and up to 2 edits. Edits can include changes to text, position, colors, etc. Major changes, such as altering the design concept, theme, or vest shape, will incur additional charges.
